Product access requests

When you request access, A08 records your email address, selected area of interest, consent choice, consent version, source and timestamps.

The information is used to assess your request, contact you about product access and manage the corresponding relationship. The legal basis is your consent. You may withdraw it at any time.

Publisher submissions

When you submit a package, A08 records the publisher email, package ID, source URL, package summary, consent version, review status and timestamp. This information is used to validate the package and contact the publisher about registry publication.

Runtime records

The console records the package identifier, package version and digest, requested operation, goal type, status, latency and timestamp. Machine telemetry submitted to the playground is not stored in the run-history table.

Newsletter and product updates

Newsletter consent is separate and optional. Leaving the newsletter box unchecked does not prevent a product-access request. When selected, A08 may send educational articles and product updates by email.

Each message will provide a way to unsubscribe. Withdrawal does not affect processing performed before withdrawal.

Retention

Product-access, publisher and prospective contact information may be retained for up to three years from collection or the last meaningful contact, unless you withdraw consent earlier or a longer period is required to establish or defend legal rights.

Runtime metadata and technical security logs are retained only for the period needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Send a request to contact@a08.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

A08 stores a device-local privacy preference so the consent panel does not appear on every visit. This preference is essential to remember your choice.

The local preview also keeps up to 30 recent playground runs in your browser. This history helps you compare plans on the same device and is not sent to the account run history. Clear your browser storage to remove it.

Optional audience measurement remains disabled unless you choose “Allow measurement”. The current preview does not activate an audience-measurement service. If one is introduced, this notice and the consent mechanism will be updated before activation.

You can clear the privacy preference through your browser storage settings and choose again on a later visit.

Recipients, transfers and security

Access is limited to A08 and service providers that need the data to operate the site and its infrastructure. Data is not sold and is not used for third-party advertising.

A08 applies proportionate technical and organizational measures. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
